Services Offered:
Western Montana Mental Health (MACT) provides comprehensive health services and care coordinator options for adults (18 and over) facing mental health and substance use disorders in Lincoln County. MACT provides a wrap around care program, focused on person center approach, some of the services include: Care coordination, medication management, psychiatry, nursing, peer support specialist, paraprofessional, individual therapy, groups (socialization), transportation.
Admission criteria: (1) Individual must have VA or Medicaid insurance (or be eligible); (2) Diagnosis of severe or persistent mental illness (SDMI); (3) be 18 years or older. We are here to support every persons potential to dream more, achieve more and be more.
